Hey friends! You may have heard that Jen (2.0, player of Mynockman) has been organizing an infiltration into Public Secutiry HQ. The plan has more or less been hammered down HERE, but we need your help and input for when you guys want to run this since it's blossomed into a bit of a game-wide event. There's a lot of moving parts happening right now and if you guys could help us figure out a progression of events/timing that would help us out a lot. Usually we'd just pass down a calendar from on high, but since so much of this is player(/character) driven, we wanted to make sure the timing was to everyone's tastes.

We'll be taking feedback for this through Tuesday and then draw up and post a finalized event calendar on Wednesday. Please make sure to chime in if you have opinions or preferences! We'll include a plotting/planning/questions section for these respective plots in the finalized calendar, so for the sake of focus lets try to only ask questions that pertain to timeline organization instead of delving too deeply into the events themselves.

The different things we have going on right now and/or gearing up to happen are:

Meeting with Mind Life's Sheena Frey (Day :33)

new robo-friend (Day :36)

Speaking with/tailing Y, Ilde's hacker contact (begins DAY :39)

Public Security HQ break-in / Investigating Ngozi

Investigation into Gorram Saffit

Possibly tailing Ahtaliah Ven?

Other Things, Probably (if you have something going on we've forgotten to include here, please don't hesitate to give us a shout! We can be forgetful.)

As always, thank you everyone for your enthusiasm and participation. We're super excited by how adamant everyone's been lately about exploring the mission terrain and are very appreciative of how patient you've been as we try to stay on top of your questions and planning. ROLLS IN HERE because Lexa's been pushing a lot of buttons and pieces to get things done, but if things work out better a different way, that's fine, too. I'm just going to outline how she's imagined things going to see if we can work out a timeline off of that.

First off: she's planning on revealing as much as she can of their goals/intentions to Sheena Frey, including their identities being false, so that they can get more directed down the line. I don't know how this is going to go or if it'll be like Exxxtra said and they'll be useless, but at least that's her goal there. This is an ongoing thread obviously and would (presumably) not be put into action until after most of the above-mentioned things. That said, she might see what Frey knows re: Saffit to help with that organization if she successfully gets her to help.

Secondly: Lexa's perception of things is with ranking the following things as important:

- They need to figure out how to retrieve information from Ven and quickly, before it becomes irrelevant. She is genuinely thinking of doing this behind everyone's back because everyone is so squeamish about using temporary mind control, but they've also screwed up there and it's a hole in their investigations they need to fill. So it might be Nirad seeks him out and then they employ Aoba/Ren/Petre to get the information they need?

- The Saffit mission. I think Pax saw this as Hux/Aoba/The Darkling/Ren? If we want to do a joint coordination mission, these things can be paired off??? Create a contact, figure out what he knows,

- Shutting down the hackers' manipulations (I have been assuming they are with Exxxtra which may be wrong??) so that they can reclaim power from them. If they need to shut down the hackers entirely, that's something Lexa would encourage because they are literally undermining their supposed goals to fuck with their group, which is stupid in her opinion.

Outlining it like that, the main goals would be:

- HQ break in
- Saffit contact (possibly once we determine what they can or can't get from Frey)

Given that Lexa's personal goal is to find the catalyst to the escalation of things, she would push for these things coming first. (Like why would the security official let bombers go on and do things.)

With the side missions being:

- Trail and retrieve info from Ven finally
- End hacker contact or hackers in general, but idk what people had planned for this I think Vee had a plan here shrugs vaguely

AGAIN, I am not ... saying this is how things need to go or move forward, but this is how Lexa has been prioritizing things and I figured it might help to see it all laid out ... this way.

Lexa's personal goal is to replicate the Flame, but I'm not OOCly pushing that as it's a very character-plot part of the mission and her wanting to help this world's technology in a selfless way that also undermines the Enemy once they leave, so that's a goal in the future.

I don't have much input besides this: I'm participating in the Saffit plot and the Mynockman infiltrates and breaks shit plot, so it'd be fab if these two didn't overlap horribly much!

Though if they do, question for homies and mods alike– would anyone participating in overlaps like to have some kind of loose resolution before they have to jump into another plot thing? I know this group is backtag friendly as heck but sometimes that gets people stuck in time loops when there's a big group doing a thing. Not anyone's fault, just a thing that occurs when there's multiple schedules and people tagging in.

Looks good to me! I'm gonna have Steve do that quick IC infodump update on Ngozi and Ven (waiting on that one last question and it's no rush)! ICly I'd have him do the before the Public Security break-in.

Looks great to me!! RE: the Saffit subplot, I'm going to finish putting that together and infodump for all ASAP.

As it stands, I think as it last stood: Hux, Aoba, the Darkling and ??? are involved. Rhys was going to be the fourth musketeer, but his slot's now open for someone maybe tech-skilled or exuberant enough to be involved in a wine-and-dine info-and-connection-gathering mission. Something small, quick and easy with a few gains that can be advanced on once everything's lulled.

Also, I'm more flexible in terms of "when" this one can go down. I know some people are involved in other/multiple plots, so however this needs to get fit in among them I'm down.

Hi modly ones, I know the calendar of plotting stuff hasn't been posted yet, but I was just giving a heads-up that I'm thinking of making an IC post for Bruce, in which he asks for volunteers concerning the break-in? I was thinking sometime this week (probably Wednesday or Friday), and just wanted to make sure this would be okay.
