HELLO!
I'm Pan and I'm bringing in Misato Katsuragi from Evangelion AKA that notorious mecha show that's not even about robots, which you should see if you want to stare into the dark abyss of your soul and have it stare right back.

Misato is essentially Captain Ahab in the form of Usagi Tsukino sans buns (she has the other kind of buns) who says erudite lines like: more fanservice next time! and hey don't stick weird things in there. As you can see Evangelion is a very serious show full of existential shit.
