Yes, Lavellan's body will either absolutely need to be recovered or pointedly be absolutely impossible to retrieve. In terms of difficulty - it would be quite easy to go deal with the body as the Barithian hunt winds down and very difficult to retrieve it during. The former might mean someone else gets to it first. The latter might mean you have a few more bodies on your hands. Whoops.
