OOC UPDATES

Hi friends!

No big updates here (yet - though we've got some mechanical changes that should be going live soon). As a heads up, we may be reaching out to groups individually to see how Day :038 events resolve so we can pull details together for future plotting so keep an ear out for us whispering to you on the wind etc etc. Beyond that - we're going to be handling this round of drops slightly differently. We'll be providing more details on the IC post on the 21st.

CALENDAR OVERVIEW

February 18th - 23rd
DAY :039 - :041
       DAY :039
• A memorial service is held for Keya in the rocky highlands above the Red Coast at sunrise. It's a quiet affair; dirt from the Descendant home planet, Hyanna'Vi, is traded from a jar for a handful of slate colored dirt from Hyrypia. As a token of respect (or sign of extreme embarrassment), Keya's body is temporarily laid in state at Tyrisson Manor where it will remain until the conclusion of the Pilgrimage.
• Packing the camp. Meanwhile, the Red Coast locals organize a path from the Manor down to the beach with lanterns.
• At dusk, the technomagical lanterns are lit to guide the Pilgrimage down from Whalesome Home to the docks. Small boats ferry the envoys to an ornate bone white ship at anchor in the channel.
• Paril Morran, first daughter of House Morran, greets the Pilgrimage on the ship and welcome them to find comfort during their journey to the Far Shore. There is no large evening gathering, no shared meal; all envoys are invited to retire to their personal cabins and share meals provided by the Morran among themselves.

• Boat drinks.

       DAY :041
• [HATCH] New Hosts hatch on the Station.
• Aboard the Morran ship, the elder Hosts hold a meeting where they ask a very serious question: delicate matters of state and further danger lies ahead; who among you would rather go home? [A mod-guided IC post will go live for this on the 21st]


February 24th - March 10th

       DAY :042
• Arrival at the Far Shore; the journey inland begins. [the OOC Mission overview will be updated with new location information on the 24th]
• New Hosts arrive on Hyrypia. [a log will be posted; this log will cover both the IC hatch on the Station and the arrival on Hyrypia]

March 11th - March 17th

• Arrival at the Base Camp.
• Vistors in the evening bring a message.
