OOC + IC UPDATES

Hi friends! Sorry for the delay on getting this activity check up - in full honesty, I (Abby) lost track of time and spaced on the fact that AC is a thing. In light of this, we'll be running this for an extra day (so AC period ends 11:59 PST on the 26th) and you can use tags from the 20th of last month through the 20th of this one (yesterday) for your AC.

PLEASE NOTE that this month's AC has an extra section for linking your host vs.host symbiote permissions page. We mentioned in the last calendar that we'd be looking for those during this check in period, so make sure to link to where you're keeping yours on your AC form this month. We suggest simply making it an addendum comment at the bottom of your current permissions much like your current powers/abilities section. If you haven't done your host vs. host permissions yet and need a basic form, you can find one on last month's ac post. We won't be approving any AC posts without a permissions link, unless you're a new player who hasn't done AC yet (talking to Sae and Cee - you guys have until next AC check if you care to wait that long) or your character's canon and symbiote abilities can't directly affect another player character. Please make note of being exempt in your AC post if you are!

We'll be updating our forms and permissions for new players going forward to incorporate this; we just haven't quite had the time to get it done, but we'll be making sure it's in place before we accept any new applications should spots open up in the game again. On that note, we'd like to mention that no new characters will be dropping onto Concordia; as of right now we're at game cap, so this may be a moot point but in the case that a slot opens up we'll be maintaining it until mission end. We anticipate Concordia to be wrapping up in the next month and a half and will soon be posting a calendar to reflect that within the next few days.

On that vein, we wanted to sincerely thank you guys for all your hard work. We're constantly blown away by everyone's enthusiasm not just for the mission work, but just for the game in general. You guys have consistently been creative, motivated and just a general pleasure to write with and for. Thank you for being so collaborative and helping us tell this story. We're looking forward to everything you guys choose to do in the future and are excited to help in any way we can!

AC CHECK - September to August

This activity check covers tags made from September 20th to October 20th. As a reminder, to pass AC you must have:

At least thirty (30) comments from you across two to five threads, including Mental Link boxes.

Any combination (15+5+10; 10+5+8+7; 15+15, etc) is suitable as long as you reach the total required comment count.

All players are required to respond to this post by 11:59 PST on the 26th. Anyone who doesn't respond will be added to the AC warning list and have 24 hours to respond before being automatically dropped from the game. If you can't make AC this round, please reply to this post to request a strike. If you take a strike this month, you'll be required to turn in a total of 40 comments across up to 6 threads during the next AC check to clear the strike and pass AC.

New Players who have never filled out AC before aren't required to meet the comment count, but please reply here anyway as a check in.
