Zhukov is the villian from the Dishonored tie in novel ( the Corroded Man ), him being the titular corroded man, who used to be a great and famous Hero, but then he got thrown in jail and did a little too much void magic to escape and ended up messing himself up. He's spent the last 12 years in jail, getting all bitter and angry and now sort of just kills people to turn them into magic items, called bonecharms because.... a magic ancient knife connected to the void told him too. I'm getting his permissions set up, but if body horror really isn't your thing please at any time let me know so I can spare you his disgustingness.
