He’s a a neurosurgeon (wink wink) who’s both an incorruptible pure pureness and also a man previously on the run for being a suspect of multiple murders as well as the mirror image of the titular monster. Take from that what you will :)

Here’s his permissions and application for your records. His power is ~subconscious manipulation~ and he’ll be in brood Alkaid with two vampires (oh boy)!
