Hey everyone! I'm Dha and I'm bringing Bucky Barnes, aka the Winter Soldier from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He is from just before the end of Civil War (his app is more specific, but I don't want to spoil). Anyways, he's a rough-tough popsicle from the 1940s who has memory problems. I will do my best to keep any spoilers under a cut or non-top level comment.

He's coming in with an Iota specialization that allows him to control electric currents. Information on that can be found on his application, but the rank one description is here on his permissions post, which I will finish soon orz. He will be in Brood Bellatrix with a certain bird.

Hello hello! I'm Bri, and I've got Bucky's broodmate here, which I'm sure will be a wonderful bonding experience for both of them and not at all result in Sam sassing Bucky as much as he can. Bucky's welcome to sense anything in Sam's permissions post as well as whatever comes up, I'm pretty open to go with whatever!

Also I'm super excited to get to play with a post-Civil War Bucky, man, their scenes were so much fun and I'm ridiculously pleased they ended up broodmates.
